Madness nights!!!
All done with exams, what is left is my personal notesThis is to compare what i had to go through when i was having my exams...and post-exams (when all the books were returned back to the library)
I know I'm lazy!!
I know i have neglected this blog and haven't been blogging....even i have all the time in the world right now!....but i guess when you dont have the time, it the time when you feel like blogging all the time...but when you are free......you just dont wanna do anything!
I've already moved out of Precinct, my home for the past 8 months (almost 9). I miss it dearly. With Ernest and Callum missing already, it is so quiet!! I really miss BLOCK 6!!!!this place that i'm staying (Clanny HOuse) now is far away from town that it is just a pain just to go grocery shopping. all i do is stay at home because town is so far. and from today onwards, there is no shuttle bus that the uni provide anymore! so if i have to go to town, its either walking or taking the metro.
Life has been slow after all the hectic exams and all those moving, but the days passes tooo fast! Now its already saturday and i still think that it is a wednesday! ARGH!!! in like 9 days time, my parents will be coming!! WOOT!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! so fast!! i really can't imagine lar.......crazy you know.....i really miss them and really can't wait to meet them!!!!
Nothing much has happened lately, just that I'll be on a moving marathon for this 2 weeks. As i just moved in to this place on monday, I'll have to move again on the 3rd to newcastle....i have to move everything!!! crazy.....need to move everything before i go down to London to meet up with my parents. Its all happening soo fast....too fast in fact that i dont think i am enjoying it!!!
So what have i been up to since i have nothing better to do?
I have been looking for jobs, part time and also full time!!! part time to fill my time now, but i dont think that it will happen anymore, since its only a week away from my going down to London. I'm also job-hunting for a full time job that is hopefully related to what i studied. Hopefully all will be well. To those who dont already know, I want to stay here for at least another year to gain experience first, before i decide to go back to malaysia. The course that i took is not that popular in Malaysia, so i guess it would be a good idea to gain some experience here in the UK before tapau-ing what I have learnt back home! If you ask me whether i miss home? YES I DO...i miss my family, my niece and nephew, my relatives, my friends...the FOOD!!! sigh.......i aim to go back to malaysia during CNY next year...is that possible? i really hope so!!!
I have also been watching series!! on this website something like youtube, but its a chinese one. Dont get shock that i'm watching chinese shows, but I'm not. its just a chinese hosting thingy, but they have shows like Friends and Sex and the City. so that is what I have been watching! they have all the episodes and they are labelled so nicely that you can watch them in sequence! I've already watched Sex and the City till Season 6!! almost done. I started to watch this since i've watch the movie and was in the mood of watching it in sequence! Yesterday i started with Friends. I know my sister would go like " you did that marathon before already"...but who cares....it is my all time favourite tv shows and i dont think i'll ever get bored with them!!
Other than that, life has been boring!! I can't go shopping cuz town is so far and i need money!!! sigh......... someone do entertain me okay?

Sex and the City
Just got back from the cinema....and it was good....If it wasn't your cup of tea, I don't care, i still enjoyed it. It was a show that made me laugh and cry. I really don't want to spoil it for you guys so i'm not going to go into the details.
It was really nice to see what happened after the whole series ended and the show was set 3/4 years later the series ended! So imagine there was a lot of changes like Brady (Miranda's baby) is now no more a baby and that Charlotte's adopted baby (the one that was only in pictures in the series) was already a walking and talking girl! I guess thats all I'm going to say more about the movie....So girls (and guys) go watch it!! Go watch with with your girlfriends (I didn't, but it was good anyway), it would be a perfect movie with your girlfriends... Get dressed, go for a dinner, then to the movie....and if you girls still have the energy, go clubbing afterwards for a girls night out... just talking about it just made me miss my girlfriends back home (you guys know who you are)!!
Go watch it okay???? and HAVE FUN!!!
and oh ya..i just only now know that Mr. Big's name is John James Preston...

Petrol....
I might be a little behind the news but i heard a few days ago about the increase of petrol prices in Malaysia, which gone up to RM 2.70 per liter!!!!
CRAZY.........I guess people will now start riding their bikes!!! Time to take it out of the closet!!
I still remember when i was young and my dad used to take us out for "round-round" around town in the evenings after dinner just for a drive in the car. But now being that the petrol is so expensive, i doubt parents would do that anymore....
When I pass my driving test and got my licence, my friends and I would go for drives, yamcha and just to hang out. Now, with expensive petrol prices, I doubt that we'll be so willing to drive out as much as we used to...
People in the city drive here and there and everywhere. And with the not-very-efficient public transport, people will not be able to afford to go anywhere anymore..........
How la like that?

Done with the BIG E!!!
On Friday the 30th of May, I sat for my last exams!!! If all goes well...that paper would be the last of my degree....can't believe all this happened so quickly..i never thought that this day would actually come....i always thought that i would be studying all my life..!!!
Anyway..enough about exams!!!! I need to stop worrying, so i'll try to stop now by not talking about it!!!
Friday night was our graduation ball...I personally wasn't expecting it to be very grand but it was just a chance to dress up. being science students, all we wear to classes are just jeans, trainers and t-shirt.....going into the lab is not a place where you'd wanna dress up...
So, did my own hair, my own make up, did make up for Wen Ying and got ready!!! Took the cab there and we saw everyone so nicely dress..i was scared that we were overly dressed but when we reached...we saw girls in gowns and things like that...so we went like "phew"... chilled and waited for everyone to come.......took loads of pictures!!! and it was fun!!! the food that night was not too bad....the started was this salmon thingy which was really nice..i really liked it..but it made me miss sushi a lot...i guess there's one thing to do when i go back to Malaysia (dunno when that is though). the main meal was a choice of steak, chicken and a vege something.....i had the steak and it was not too bad...
They had a band playing after the desserts were serve which was nice, they played really nice music but not many people gave response....which was kinda sad....i mean i was one of them lar...but if there were more people on the dance floor..im sure id join in!!
So after that, we headed into town, to this pub called ttonic (yes, thats spelled with double t and not a typo). its where my classmate works part time so got to meet some of her friends that were bartending there...after that, hopped to another pub, Paddy wacks to meet up with some of her other friends. it was nice to get to know some other people and we met up with our lab assistant there....it was nice chillaxing with them ...worrying about nothing !!
But we were too tired so after leaving paddy wacks, they wanted to go back to ttonic, but i decided to go back home....too tired already.......
so home we went , showered and plopped into bed!!!

The more I read about it...The angrier I get!
After reading so many blogs about this Ms Munira girl...it really pisses me off!!!!
She says wearing white blouse (ie the school uniform), will attract unwanted attention, causing rape and such!!!
I tell you, if i see her in person..i would really knock her in the head with my chemistry book!!! I know everyone else would!!
One thing i dont understand is why, she as a women herself would wanna suggest something that would restrict women? why can we do something to the guys instead? why blame the girls?? why can we just dig out the guys eyes? or just castrate the guys? I know its mean, but i just dont get it!!!
Isnt it that the guys are the one who rape not the girls...why punish the girls by telling them that white would attract guys?
Munira, if you cant prove that wearing other colours instead of white will protect you 100% from rape...... SHUT UP!

A little Break
2 papers down and 3 more to go!!!
Thankfully my next paper is next friday, so I've got some time to prepare for this paper, for this is the most unprepared paper...
I really hope everything goes well!! Do pray for me! Thank you!
Besides the exam, things has been rather slow. I guess exams do drain the energy out of everything else... that is why i really can't wait for the exams to be over!! My last paper will be on the 30th of May and that night itself would be graduation night. I know you guys would be wondering why graduation night is so soon, even when we dont even know if we have graduated or not! I guess its just one night for people who have sat for exams to dress and up and let their hair down again! Thankfully we dont have any papers after that, cuz i have the feeling some of them still have papers after graduation night. I really hope the response to this graduation ball would be good!! PARTY!!!
I've suddenly lost my train of thought and just ran out what to say!
I guess i'll just come back another time when i get my mind flowing again!
oh ya, today while i was watching America's Next Top Model on Youtube, this quote really got me laughing :
" that is why they call it cover girl, to COVER UP THE MAN IN YOU!" (I'm not sure if you will find it funny or not, but they were critisizing how this one model can look kinda tranny sometimes.....:P

EXAMS..........
KILL ME NOWWWWWWWWWW
pre-exam period is always the worse...as the days get closer...i get damn nervous and i really really cannot do anything!! even studying gets my mind all worked up because I keep thinking about the exams and not the stuff i'm suppose to study.........
STRESSED OUT...SOMEONE SAVE ME!
Pre-exams syndrome - symptoms:
